Full-Service Management
15-25% management fee, deducted from booking revenue. You keep the rest. The exact percentage depends on property type and services required.

How much does property management cost in Cyprus?
It depends on the model you choose. With our fixed monthly income option, there are no management fees — we pay you a fixed amount each month. With full-service management, our fee is 15-25% of booking revenue, depending on the property and services required.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no upfront setup fees for either model. For fixed monthly income, we also cover furnishing and design costs at our own expense.
How often do I get paid?
Monthly. For fixed income, your payment arrives on the same date each month. For full-service management, you receive your payout after deducting the management fee from the previous month's bookings.
Can I switch between models?
In most cases, yes. We are happy to discuss transitioning between models if your circumstances or preferences change. Contact us to discuss your options.
